Where is my place in the global economy?

Well I guess I shouldn't have deleted my post after all just because there are ups and downs everywhere and all the time.

It is amazing how connected we are with one another. The scope of how global business has become just blows my mind! We hear about it in classrooms, we see it when we get products and services from different parts of the world but I guess it doesn't really sink until you sit at one end of the table and start negotiating to bring a certain product or service to where you are.

So where is my place in the global economy? Haven't quite figured it out but I am helping to take Dubai's economy away from a trade economy to a knowledge economy to sustain the booming industries in this city in the long run.

Professor Roberts said 3 years ago print your own business cards because they will come in handy when you go to career fairs. I should have listened! Not because of career fair but because of meetings.
